Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground lamb, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the chopped parsley before serving.
