Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove eggs from heat, cool in ice water, and peel.
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and seasonings to the yolks, mixing until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika and garnish with chives before serving.
Notes
- For an additional crunch, consider adding finely diced celery or pickles to the yolk mixture.
- These appetizers can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
