Description

These Ghee-Roasted Turkey Wings are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with flavor from aromatic spices and rich ghee.


Ingredients

  • 4 turkey wings
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, melt the ghee and mix in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme.
  3. Toss the turkey wings in the ghee mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the wings in the ghee mixture overnight.
