- 4 turkey wings
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, melt the ghee and mix in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme.
- Toss the turkey wings in the ghee mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the wings in the ghee mixture overnight.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
