Description

Succulent ghee-roasted thighs with aromatic spices for a rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt ghee in a bowl and mix in the spices.
  3. Coat chicken thighs in the ghee mixture.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
  • Can be paired with roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
