- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt ghee in a bowl and mix in the spices.
- Coat chicken thighs in the ghee mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes.
- Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
- Can be paired with roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
