Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Grill the steaks to desired doneness, approximately 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. While the steak is cooking, in a large bowl, combine grated carrots, walnuts, dill, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
