Delicious garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs that are perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Flatten a biscuit dough piece in your hand and add a portion of the beef mixture and cheese.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and seal it completely.
- Place the bombs seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush melted butter over the bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- For extra flavor, consider adding chopped herbs.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
