Description

Delicious garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs that are perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Flatten a biscuit dough piece in your hand and add a portion of the beef mixture and cheese.
  4. Wrap the dough around the filling and seal it completely.
  5. Place the bombs seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush melted butter over the bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
