This fully loaded smoked queso is a creamy and cheesy dip made with a variety of ingredients that adds a smoky flavor to every bite.

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Prepare your smoker to 225°F.
- In a cast-iron skillet, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Add salsa, jalapeños, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Place the skillet in the smoker and allow it to smoke for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted and bubbly, remove from the smoker and serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less jalapeños.
