Instructions
- Grill the steak and sausage until cooked.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering the bread, meats, and cheese.
- In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, beer, hot sauce, and paprika. Simmer until thickened.
- Pour the sauce over the sandwich and let the cheese melt under a broiler.
- Serve hot with additional sauce on the side.
