Description

Francesinha is a beloved Portuguese sandwich layered with cured meats and topped with a rich tomato and beer sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup beer

  • 1 pinch pepper


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the steak to your desired doneness.
  2. Layer the bread, cured meats, and steak in a plate.
  3. In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, beer, hot sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
