Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the steak to your desired doneness.
- Layer the bread, cured meats, and steak in a plate.
- In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, beer, hot sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the layered sandwich.
- Top with melted cheese.
- Serve hot.
