- 1 cup cooked ground lamb

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly.
- Cook until the edges begin to set, then add the ground lamb and cheese to one side of the omelet.
- Fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.
- Slide onto a plate and serve warm.
