Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked ground lamb

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly.
  4. Cook until the edges begin to set, then add the ground lamb and cheese to one side of the omelet.
  5. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.
