A delightful combination of filet mignon and poached lobster claw, enhanced with rich ghee.
Ingredients

- 2 filet mignon steaks
- 2 lobster claws
- 4 tablespoons ghee
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 lemon (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the filet mignon with salt and black pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the filet mignon and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer and poach the lobster claws for 6-8 minutes.
- Remove lobster claws and set aside.
- Plate the filet mignon and top with poached lobster claws.
- Drizzle remaining ghee over the top and garnish with fresh thyme and lemon.
Notes
- For an added flavor, marinate the filet mignon in ghee and herbs overnight.
