- 100g breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Slice the halloumi cheese into wedges.
- Prepare three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with paprika and oregano.
- Coat each wedge in flour, dip in eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the halloumi wedges for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
