Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flat iron steak
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, butter, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Rub the flat iron steak with Worcestershire sauce and season with additional salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the steak to a baking dish and top with the blue cheese mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes for medium-rare.
  7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
