- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, butter, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Rub the flat iron steak with Worcestershire sauce and season with additional salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the steak to a baking dish and top with the blue cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier crust, add some red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
