- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 4 green onions, finely sliced
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, capers, green onions, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer smoked salmon over the cream cheese mixture.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla and slice into pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
