Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Rolls perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 4 green onions, finely sliced
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, capers, green onions, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer smoked salmon over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Tightly roll up each tortilla and slice into pinwheels.
