Description

Delicious strips enhanced with egg yolk for a rich flavor experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, separate the egg yolks from the whites, placing yolks in a separate dish.
  2. Whisk egg yolks with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Use a basting brush to generously coat the strips with the egg yolk mixture.
  5. Place the coated strips in the skillet and cook until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
