Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, separate the egg yolks from the whites, placing yolks in a separate dish.
- Whisk egg yolks with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Use a basting brush to generously coat the strips with the egg yolk mixture.
- Place the coated strips in the skillet and cook until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
