Description

Delicious bell peppers stuffed with a savory ground beef and egg filling, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Mix in eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
  7. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
