- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 eggs
- 1 pound beef suet
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley.
- Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape.
- Wrap the meatloaf in slices of beef suet.
- Place the wrapped meatloaf in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
