Description

A delicious meatloaf recipe that combines eggs and beef suet for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pound beef suet
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley.
  3. Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape.
  4. Wrap the meatloaf in slices of beef suet.
  5. Place the wrapped meatloaf in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
