- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well until combined.
- Stir in the pecan halves.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until the filling is set and crust is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
