- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Mix spices together in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
- Wrap the brisket in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 5 days.
- Preheat smoker to 225°F.
- Smoke the brisket for 6-8 hours, until it reaches an internal temperature of 200°F.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
