Delicious smoked meatballs that are easy to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the barbecue sauce.
- Mix until fully combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on the smoker rack and smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- During the last 30 minutes, brush meatballs with barbecue sauce.
- Remove from smoker and serve.
Notes
- Make sure to use a meat thermometer to ensure they are cooked through.
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen.
