Description

Delicious smoked meatballs that are easy to prepare and full of flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the barbecue sauce.
  3. Mix until fully combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on the smoker rack and smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. During the last 30 minutes, brush meatballs with barbecue sauce.
  6. Remove from smoker and serve.

Notes

  • Make sure to use a meat thermometer to ensure they are cooked through.
  • These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen.
