Description

This easy cheesy bread is a delicious, quick recipe perfect for snacks or as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, garlic, and parsley.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
  5. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
