Description

A delicious and simple carnivore-friendly vanilla pudding recipe.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to steam.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Slowly pour the hot cream into the egg mixture while whisking continuously.
  4. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and pour into serving dishes. Chill before serving.
