- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the jalapeños and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the sausage, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Stuff each jalapeño with the sausage mixture.
- Dip each stuffed jalapeño in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
