- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Slice jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
- Stuff jalapeño halves with the sausage mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
