Delicious and savory crab cakes inspired by the flavors of the Eastern Shore.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until well combined.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with tartar sauce or remoulade for added flavor.
- Can be baked in the oven for a healthier option.
