Description

Deliciously crisp duck skin tortillas that are perfect for tacos or as a unique snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the duck skin on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle salt evenly over the skin.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Press the baked skin flat and serve.
