Description

Deliciously crispy chicken wings fried in duck fat for a rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup duck fat
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the duck fat over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken wings to the skillet and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Transfer the wings to a baking sheet and place them in the oven to cook for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
