- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup duck fat
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, melt the duck fat over medium heat.
- Add the chicken wings to the skillet and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer the wings to a baking sheet and place them in the oven to cook for an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the wings overnight.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
