Description

A rich and flavorful dry-aged steak topped with creamy bone marrow butter.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 steaks dry-aged ribeye
  • 1/2 cup bone marrow
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet over high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with sea salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. While the steak is cooking, mix the bone marrow, unsalted butter, and parsley in a bowl.
  5. Once the steaks are done, let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Top each steak with a generous amount of bone marrow butter.

Notes

  • Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking for even cooking.
  • You can substitute the ribeye with any steak of your choice.
  • Bone marrow can be found at your local butcher or specialty grocery store.
