- 2 steaks dry-aged ribeye
- 1/2 cup bone marrow
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet over high heat.
- Season the steaks with sea salt and pepper.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- While the steak is cooking, mix the bone marrow, unsalted butter, and parsley in a bowl.
- Once the steaks are done, let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Top each steak with a generous amount of bone marrow butter.
Notes
- Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking for even cooking.
- You can substitute the ribeye with any steak of your choice.
- Bone marrow can be found at your local butcher or specialty grocery store.
