Description

Deviled Eggs with Bone Marrow is a rich and flavorful twist on the classic deviled eggs, combining creamy yolks with savory bone marrow for a gourmet appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons bone marrow, roasted
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath and cool for 5 minutes. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Add roasted bone marrow, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mash together until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Sprinkle with chives and smoked paprika before serving.
