- 1/2 cup beef tallow
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Hard boil the duck eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add beef tallow, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.

- Can substitute beef tallow with mayonnaise for a milder flavor.
