Description

Delicious deviled duck eggs made creamy with beef tallow mayo, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 6 duck eggs
  • 1/2 cup beef tallow
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions

  1. Hard boil the duck eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add beef tallow, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  5. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

  • Can substitute beef tallow with mayonnaise for a milder flavor.
