Description

A flavorful dish featuring flaky porotta paired with tender beef.


Ingredients

  • 4 porottas
  • 500 grams beef, chopped
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup water


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Mix in chopped beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, stirring well.
  5. Pour in water and let it simmer until beef is tender.
  6. Stir in garam masala and cook for a few more minutes.
  7. Serve hot with flaky porottas.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of green chilies.
