- 500 grams beef, chopped
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 green chilies, slit
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking until fragrant.
- Mix in chopped beef and cook until browned.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, stirring well.
- Pour in water and let it simmer until beef is tender.
- Stir in garam masala and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve hot with flaky porottas.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of green chilies.
- Let the beef marinate for a few hours for enhanced flavor.
