Description

A flavorful bread infused with the rich taste of chouriço, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams all-purpose flour
  • 10 grams salt
  • 7 grams instant yeast
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 100 grams chouriço, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the diced chouriço into the dough.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  8. Place the loaf on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool before slicing and serving.
