Ingredients

- 500 grams all-purpose flour
- 10 grams salt
- 7 grams instant yeast
- 300 ml warm water
- 100 grams chouriço, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and instant yeast.
- Add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Incorporate the diced chouriço into the dough.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the loaf on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Best served warm with butter.
