Instructions
- Preheat the dehydrator to 135°F (57°C).
- In a bowl, mix the pureed fruit with the bone broth and honey or maple syrup if using.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a dehydrator tray lined with parchment paper.
- Dehydrate for 6-8 hours, checking for doneness until the fruit leather is no longer sticky.
- Once dehydrated, cut into strips and store in an airtight container.
