Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetener of choice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until light and fluffy.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with sugar-free chocolate chips before serving, if desired.
