- 2 cups raw milk
- 1/2 cup cultures
- 1 stick unsalted raw butter
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a pot, gently heat the raw milk until it’s warm.
- Stir in the cultures and let it sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours until it thickens.
- Once cultured, transfer the mixture to a blender, add the butter and salt, and blend until smooth.
- Scoop the mixture into small drops on a parchment-lined tray.
- Place in the freezer for about 2 hours until solid.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
