Description

These Cultured Raw Butter Drops are a delicious and healthy addition to your kitchen. Perfect for spreading on bread or using in recipes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups raw milk
  • 1/2 cup cultures
  • 1 stick unsalted raw butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


Instructions

  1. In a pot, gently heat the raw milk until it’s warm.
  2. Stir in the cultures and let it sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours until it thickens.
  3. Once cultured, transfer the mixture to a blender, add the butter and salt, and blend until smooth.
  4. Scoop the mixture into small drops on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours until solid.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
