Description

A delicious and easy-to-make quesadilla wrap filled with cheesy goodness and crunchy vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the bell peppers and onions until soft.
  3. Spread the cheese on half of the tortilla.
  4. Add the sautéed vegetables, lettuce, and salsa on top of the cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve with additional salsa.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add sliced jalapeños.
