A delicious and easy-to-make quesadilla wrap filled with cheesy goodness and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 large tortilla
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the bell peppers and onions until soft.
- Spread the cheese on half of the tortilla.
- Add the sautéed vegetables, lettuce, and salsa on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Cut into wedges and serve with additional salsa.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add sliced jalapeños.
- This recipe is easily customizable.
