Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded corned beef
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut, corned beef, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.
  2. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Roll the wrappers tightly, sealing the edges with water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with additional Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
