Description

Deliciously crispy egg rolls filled with classic Reuben ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup corned beef, shredded
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Russian dressing
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing.
  2. Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper over the filling, roll it tightly, and seal the edges.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
