Deliciously crispy egg rolls filled with classic Reuben ingredients.

- 1 cup corned beef, shredded
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Russian dressing
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, roll it tightly, and seal the edges.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with extra Russian dressing for dipping.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
