Description

A delicious bowl of crispy pork udon noodles with rich flavors and a satisfying texture.


Ingredients

  • 200 grams udon noodles
  • 300 grams pork belly
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil and cook the pork belly until crispy.
  3. Add garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and mirin, mixing well.
  5. Add the cooked udon noodles and toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the pork in soy sauce and mirin for at least 30 minutes.
