- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil and cook the pork belly until crispy.
- Add garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and mirin, mixing well.
- Add the cooked udon noodles and toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork in soy sauce and mirin for at least 30 minutes.
