- 2 pounds pork snouts
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Rinse the pork snouts and pat them dry.
- Cut the snouts into strips.
- In a bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the spice mixture over the pork snout strips.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the pork snout strips in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.

- For extra flavor, marinate the pork snouts overnight.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
