Description

Deliciously crispy pork snout strips, perfect as a snack or main dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds pork snouts
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Rinse the pork snouts and pat them dry.
  2. Cut the snouts into strips.
  3. In a bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Rub the spice mixture over the pork snout strips.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the pork snout strips in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
