- 2 cups pork ears
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Clean and boil the pork ears in salted water until tender.
- Remove from water and allow to cool.
- Cut the boiled ears into strips.
- In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Toss the pork strips in the spice mixture until well coated.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the pork strips until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
