Description

Deliciously crispy pork ear strips, perfect as a snack or a unique appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pork ears
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Clean and boil the pork ears in salted water until tender.
  2. Remove from water and allow to cool.
  3. Cut the boiled ears into strips.
  4. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  5. Toss the pork strips in the spice mixture until well coated.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the pork strips until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
