Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pork belly
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  2. Score the skin of the pork belly and rub with salt and five-spice powder.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the pork belly in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it.
