Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef; stir until well combined.
