Description

Delicious and easy to make keto beef tacos with crispy cheese shells, perfect for a low-carb meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced avocado


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add in taco seasoning and stir to combine.
  3. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, create 4 circles with shredded cheese, spaced apart, and bake for about 10 minutes or until crispy.
  4. Remove cheese from the oven and allow to cool slightly, then shape the cheese circles over a taco holder or a rolled towel to form taco shells.
  5. Fill each shell with the seasoned ground beef, then top with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and avocado.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
