Description

A delicious and comforting ramen dish with crispy ear mushrooms.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup crispy ear mushrooms
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 boiled egg


Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a pot, heat vegetable broth and add the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Add the crispy ear mushrooms and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Assemble the ramen by placing cooked noodles in a bowl, pouring the broth over them, and topping with green onion, chili oil, and a boiled egg.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the mushrooms in soy sauce before cooking.
