- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup crispy ear mushrooms
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 1 boiled egg
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pot, heat vegetable broth and add the soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add the crispy ear mushrooms and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Assemble the ramen by placing cooked noodles in a bowl, pouring the broth over them, and topping with green onion, chili oil, and a boiled egg.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the mushrooms in soy sauce before cooking.
- Store leftover ramen in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
