Description

Deliciously crispy chicken thighs coated with a flavorful Parmesan crust, perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken thigh in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes.
