Description

Deliciously crispy chicken livers coated in a rich ghee glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken livers
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Clean the chicken livers under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ghee, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the chicken livers to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the ghee mixture.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the coated chicken livers.
  5. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
