- 1 pound chicken livers
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Clean the chicken livers under cold water and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, combine the ghee, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the chicken livers to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the ghee mixture.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the coated chicken livers.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mixture.
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor.
