Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper into the beef.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Top each mound of cheese with the ground beef mixture.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
