Delicious crispy beef tongue tacos served in a unique carnivore shell.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef tongue
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Boil the beef tongue in salted water until tender, about 2-3 hours.
- Once cooled, peel the skin off the tongue and slice it thinly.
- In a frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Fry the tongue slices until crispy on both sides.
- Serve the crispy tongue slices with avocado, lettuce, and tomatoes in place of traditional taco shells.

- You can add your favorite salsa for extra flavor.
