Instructions

- Cut the beef skin into small pieces.

- Add the beef skin pieces to the pot, ensuring they are submerged in the tallow.
- Cook for 2-3 hours until they are crispy.
- Remove the cracklings and let them drain on paper towels.
- Season with salt before serving.
